HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Delivery times depend on the destination of the order placed, and will begin to count from the moment we receive payment for it.

They always refer to working days.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is leaving the warehouse). You will receive your order at the specified address within the agreed time.

WHAT IS THE PERIOD TO MAKE A RETURN?

The period for exchanges or returns is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GIVE THE ITEM BACK?

In case of return, shipping costs will not be refunded and collection costs will be borne by the customer, in the same amount as the initial shipping costs.

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with any accessories or promotional gifts included, if applicable. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the client.
